Instructions:
You may work in groups of two to design and build a picture frame clamp. You both will construct your own frame for a grade as well.
Part 1: Plan (300 points): You must have a drawing with measurements, and list of supplies (a hardware list). You must also write 100+ words on how you plan to make the clamp and how you use the clamp.
Part 2: Frame Clamp Construction (500 points): You must build a functioning frame clamp. You do not have to make a traditional frame that has 45 degree miters. You are welcome to be creative. Example photos below.
Part 3: Frame (500 points): Each member of the group will construct a frame using the clamps you designed and built. Example frame joints below.
