Instructions: Make a catapult/trebuchet/ballista throwing device that will launch a ping pong both for accuracy at 10 feet and also adjusts and fires for distance. You may not attach your device to any surface (i.e. screwing it down to a table top)
-The bullseye is the same diameter as the ping pong. The target is the same diameter as the top of a 5-gallon bucket.
-Your device cannot be human powered. Meaning, you can not hold and shoot your device like a sling shot. It must have some sort of switch.
-Your device must fire and shoot the ball somewhere for you to earn full credit.
-No part of your device may be larger than 2 feet in length. -1% for every 1/4 inch over.
-You may make your device out of any material you wish, however it can not be explosive (no potato guns, or fireworks). If you are using wood, do not use decorative hardwoods (walnut, cherry, etc.)
-You will be given a ping pong ball when you show me your completed plan
-You may alter the ball anyway you wish, but you only get one ball from me if you break it.
-You are welcome to film your device before test day to have proof of your device's awesomeness.
