Product Reviews
I started this website in 2010. Until February 2020, this website had modest traffic. After COVID-19 forced the world and all educators (public, private, and home-school teachers) to teach and learn virtually, the traffic to this website grew exponentially. This website gets thousands of hits daily, and I receive correspondence from educational stakeholders worldwide. I am honored that others ask for my advice and am glad to give it.
When I started my career almost two decades ago, I had an account with a big box store, and I could purchase whatever supplies I needed throughout the year. Finding the time to go to the store every week/month was a hassle, and I was frustrated if the products I desired were out of stock. Eventually, Amazon.com was approved for purchasing supplies in my school division, and I haven't looked back. Amazon delivers to your door, has a far greater selection, and is often significantly cheaper. Below is a list of products and supplies I approve and encourage you to use in your lessons, whether in a classroom, lab, shop, maker space, or at your own house.
